Current president John Campbell,

 

2001 - John Campbell became president. He came to WINCO as VP of Production in 1995. John implemented an Engineering Software, a one-system program that estimates, produces engineering drawings and factory cut lists which has dramatically increased Winco’s general operational efficiency. By initiating new production scheduling and improving assembly operations WINCO’s cycle times have decreased and throughput has been increased. John led implementation of standard costing methods and quality assurance programs through team meetings.

John Herman

1998 - John Herman became president. John began his WINCO career in fabrication as an engineer and in the late 60’s assumed the VP of sales position. While president, annual sales
doubled and in-house glass fabrication was initiated. John retired after cooking up windows and tall-tales for 50 years at WINCO.

Gantt W. Miller III

C.E.O. and Chairman of the Board Gantt W. Miller, III A.I.A. architect, builder, and real estate developer married WINCO founder’s granddaughter, Kory Kubatzky Miller. Gantt represented WINCO in the Virginias and the Washington DC area in the mid 70’s. Beginning in 1980 he became an officer, director and consultant in sales, product development and administration. From 1983 to the present Gantt has continued in those endeavors, as Chairman of the Board, leading transitions in company management as well as spear-heading the first of many plant expansions at Maple Avenue in University City including the integration of a glass optimization line, with insulated glass units, paint and anodizing facilities and most recently the addition of a tempering furnace. Gantt serves on the AAMA Board of Directors.
